I see so many organisations scrambling to keep up with the latest frameworks, tools, or buzzwords, believing that if they just adopt the next big thing, they’ll finally be “agile.” But here’s the truth: when your systems are genuinely adaptable and your teams know how to respond to change, you’re not playing catch-up. You’re ready. You’re leading.

This is the heart of what DevOps and agile are really about.
